Tanya is such a wonderful person!  She has a very likable personality.  When people meet her, they love her from the start.  She’s feminine and always reflects her best self.  I was fortunate to know her as my friend for many years before we dated and got married.  I am so blessed to have her as my wife!

We enjoy doing so many of the same things together. I feel that we are a perfect fit for each other.  We have grown together so much in the 6 years we’ve been married.

Tanya loves to be spontaneous. Having a spontaneous wife has helped me to get out of my comfort zone more often and be more adventurous in trying new things. Like when she suggested we go parasailing on our trip to Aruba.

She is playful.  Together, we are always laughing.

Tanya was made to be a mother! Before bringing home Chloe, I frequently saw how sweetly she treated our nieces and nephew. She enjoys doting over them, plays with them and has a huge smile on her face when any of them rest their head on Tanya's shoulder.

When we brought Chloe home, it was even more clear that she had all the makings of an incredible parent.  She is so sweet with Chloe.  They love to play with one another, sing and dance together, and Tanya is always trying to fill their days together with fun, educational, creative activities so that Chloe can grow into a strong, confident, happy woman.  It melts my heart to see how much Chloe loves and finds comfort in Tanya.  They are a match made in heaven.

She is driven and has been very successful in everything I have seen her put her mind to. She is a natural leader and has always excelled in academics. This picture was taken at her college graduation ceremony.

I have been impressed with Tanya's level-mindedness during times of stress. She has a talent for putting her trials into an eternal perspective and doesn't allow the problems of life to destroy her peace. I believe this is one of her best qualities.

Her relationships are a great priority to her and she dislikes disappointing people.  She is so good at reading me.  When I’m down about something she has a talent of seeking out the reason and making me feel better.  She goes above and beyond to help others and sometimes it can weigh heavily on her.  She cares deeply for people and looks for ways to lighten their load or brighten their day.

One of the ways she shows love is by doing service for me and creating enjoyable experiences for me and those she cares about.  She is frequently doing small favors like bringing me a smoothie at work, leaving me a kind note on the mirror, or surprising me with creative dinners.  One time she rented out the church gym, borrowed my dad’s gazebo, and created a jungle theme out of camo nets and old stuffed animals.  She lit the place up in twinkle lights and made me a fancy dinner.  I love those moments with her.  She has a big heart.

She is creative and artistic, and I often see evidences of this around our house. For Halloween, she made quite the display of our kitchen table.  She frequents pinterest and is always coming up with new ideas for celebrating the holidays.

Tanya brings so much joy to my life and I love her dearly!

Tanya's goals:

My hopes for the future are to grow our family until we eventually have 4 children.  We hope to some day adopt a child from Asia.  I'm currently learning more about Chinese culture, as this is an interest of mine.  I hope to continue creating a warm home for my family. I hope to travel the states, the tropics, and to eventually make a trip to Europe.  I plan to learn how to play the piano beautifully and to return to violin.  I've toyed around with the idea of auditioning for MoTab sometime in the future.  Above all, I hope to be able to provide a full, satisfying life for my children.
